The meeting of the Groundwater Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District Committee was called to order at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at the office of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District located at 3209 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado. Committee members present were John Mark, Alan Mazzotti, and Chad Schafer. Frank Eckhardt and Calven Goza were absent.

Staff members present were Randy Ray, Executive Director; Billy Mihelich, District Engineer; Danyelle Hart, Financial Analyst; and Lynn Kramer, Contracts Manager.

Randy Ray presented the Nissen, Sweet Valley, and Walker budgets.

Danyelle Hart reviewed the draft 2026 GMS Budget.

Randy presented ideas regarding the consumptive use of newly issued Water Allotment Contracts. Discussion followed.
